Question Ourselves
The shameless incident of a serial and documented rape took place in Surat poised many questions to ourselves:
Are we as People ready to take bold and consistent actions?
The first and foremost question is of rapist who are wild animals disguised in the names of civilized persons. Wearing costumes one cannot be a man. The
people should make out such wild animals. The girl and her family have already initiated the process boldly. Now it’s people’s duty to support them not till the end of this case only but till the eradication of such elements also from the society. We as people should be bold enough to raise our voice that compels such elements to think hundred times exploiting power and situations.How do our Administrators function?
Now it’s time for the Administrators in the relevant departments to act promptly, honestly and sincerely in the interest of safety of the female and people at large as the culprits are involved in such activities since long. The administrators may have to face many problems to work honestly. But, they have to learn to stand against the malice and corrupt elements who misuse power and influence.
What about Judiciary?
The matter is in the court now. We hope that the court take the stringent actions against the rapist to set an example in the society. It was a cold blooded serial rape. How can we allow tigers habituated of sucking blood often and on roaming with evil intentions in the society?
Is this really Education?
It’s time to think about our education system that is completely dependent on the alternative commercial tuition system. All are involved in the rat race of getting more and more marks or percentages waiting to be called ‘Star’ or ‘Parents of the Star’ running hear and there to get admissions and jobs. It’s irony that no skills of learning are developed even after the drudgery of so many of hours, days and years. What type of system we have developed? The education system needs drastic changes as early as possible.
Is ours a Developing Society?
As a society we are called developing. But what kind of development we are talking of? We have many things- industry, communication technology, entertainment, commerce etc. But where is happiness? Where is peace? Where are the developments of civic sense, values, ethics …? What is the structure of our society as a whole? Do we find any balance among its poles? Where are we heading? Have we ever thought for its consequences?

ReplyDeleteI am very sure that this guys will be out soon in the market. Did you see the pictures when they were taken for Narco test? Imported shirts, pants and perfume. They must be having chicken biryani in lunch and dinner in the police station.
Unfortunately, I do not see justice to the vicitm in this case due to currupt Indian government and kids of police officers.
Every 4 mins one girl is being raped in India. Not sure what is so special about this case? Ooh wait a sec because they are Muslims. Now I understand all the hoopla. If you really raising voice against the atrocities committed to women then fine. But taking this case as a "Benchmark" and dehumanizing all the Muslims is really a cheap shot!
ReplyDelete"Vasectomy" -- The whole family including the rapists has to be caught and vasectomy has to be done. Our laws need to be more strict and strictly enforced and another action must be to release the father of the rapist from the jobs.
ReplyDeleteWe need a strong system rather than taking action like killing them or pelting stones on them in public. They has to be humilliated publicly.. Our society needs strong action in law. Earlier and till the date, we were just feeding kids into medical profession hence there is shortage, now its time to feed them into Law education, media communcation as well as international human rights.
These areas r main responsible for people like this to do all animal activity and getting released without punishment. Let next generation go into this and kick their butts hard and teach them how to live.

if parents are able to teach their children only the right thing as much as possilbe then it will help to reduce this type of rape. one more thing is that good education is also necessary for everyone and understanding about negative and positive thinking make a lot sense.
our "Court System" "Nyay Adalat" is not well as judges are not able to clear rape cases as soon as possible. it takes so many years to get result of cases . Think about that girl what will be going on with her for so many years.

I think we are killing the next generation by giving them so much burden with schools, tutions, activities and so on..... lets ask them what they want to do with their life instead of making them fulfill their parents dreams which they could not fulfill for themselves.

To stop this type of activities make law like saudi arebia. May be that can create fear among that.
But the most important things to stop this from root is to sex education. Explore and explain them this is not the all happiness for which they are seeking.
you might be remembering the movie of sujata mehta "pratighat', zinnat aman's "insaf ka tarazu' and one more of dimle kapadiya's very hit one in which she just cuts the genital organs of the rapists. Those three rapists must be punished by cutting their weapons.!

As the current accused of Rape case the three boys sons of Gujarat Police’s personnels, I would say that they are unfortunate in this case other wise, if you make a survey or a detail search of the sons of all high rank officials like Police, Polliticians and all high rank civil servants etc you may find that in many cases their sons are using their father’s name for their selfish corrupt work including rape on innocents as well as and harrassments also. Even in many cases people doesn’t have courage to bring out their voice against such un lawful act or exploitation and also in many cases like rape, these peoples are so feared of them that they never try to voice out against those culprits.
ReplyDeleteI request to all reporters, news papers like Divya Bharkar, to make vigilant search for any such cases in all over Gujarat as well as support those victim until the end to get them justice. Bring those culprits behind the bars of prison as well as their parents who are also equially responsible for any such cases of injustice.
Please don't forget today's they (Rapist Culprit Sons of Gujarat Police Personnel) rape some one's sister, daughter and mother, next turn is now your and my sister, daughter or mother, they doesn't care whos is she, they want to just satisfy their LUST.
So if you want to save your sister / Daughter then bring out your voice against such injustice incidents other wise you may find your sister/daughter's name in tomorrow's news papers.!!!!!!
